The 100 year old former granery forms the heart of the property on the River Havel. This was purchased in 2016 with the sole aim of converting it from an industrial building to modern living quarters.
On approximately 1,800 square metres 22 apartments are buing built which are connected to the communal underground car-park of the residential quarter with around 200 parking spaces.
Despite the challenges that come with the restructuring of a listed old building, planning began in the third quarter of 2017 and completion is planned for 2019.
