The spacious rented area of approximately 34,000 square metres which is home to the German Telekom connects open office landscapes, immersed in natural light with modern, structural requirements.

In the course of revitalising the City Nord district, this office complex was built on the former headquarters of BP and serves today as the Headquarters of the German Telekom. Laid out on nine floors, this new development designed by KSP Jürgen Engel Architects, offers room for approximately 1,500 jobs.

The building displays a high recognition factor through the concise architectural construction in the form of a „dual- chamber“. This is demonstrated by means of six identical chamber-like units stemming from a central section, three units on one side mirroring three on the opposite side.
