TAS Area of ActivityAcquisition of Existing Property, Complete Project Development New Construction

In 2016 the TAS acquired 15,500 square metres of land , formerly commercial property, with direct access to the River Havel in the city of Oranienburg. On an area of 21,000 square metres, 12 residential buildings will be established, with a total of 264 rental apartments, as well as an underground car-park with 210 parking spaces.

The superb location is characterized by its proximity to Oranienburg Central Station as well as to the Oranienburg Castle in the heart of the city.

The construction project is divided into two phases. The demolition of the warehouses has already been completed. The new development of the residential area is to begin in the first quarter of 2018 and is planned to be completed by 2020.

In addition to the newly constructed residential area, a further project of the TAS KG is in operation relating to the listed granery situated on the site.

On-site planning and supervision is being carried out by our long-standing partners, Generalplaner IWB Ingenieurgesellschaft mbH and the Berlin office of the Architects von Graft Berlin.
